What you’ll do
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless onboarding, integration and ongoing success of our dealership partners deploying the Curbee M.A.R.S. platform. You’ll serve as both a product expert and a coach, working closely with dealers to drive business outcomes, enhance mobile service adoption, and create lasting partnerships.
As a Dealer Success Manager at Curbee, you won’t just manage accounts, you’ll drive the future of automotive service.
- Lead with Ownership: Directly influence process and change management for one of the largest contributors to our global economy.
- Innovate Boldly: Shape the future of the auto industry by changing the way cars are serviced and maintained. You’ll influence change directly with dealers, but also throughout the industry.
- Stay Curious: Dive into customer needs and work across teams to drive retention and growth among our dealership partners by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
- Be a Culture Add: Bring fun, energy, and collaboration to the table. Mentor teammates, champion best practices, and inspire innovation.
- Rapidly Scale: Build on our portfolio of dealers, constantly improve the speed of our playbooks to kick-off new dealers and ramp their volume.
- Truly Support & Train: Provide ongoing training, support and product knowledge to dealers, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to service their customer effectively & mobily.
- Drive Performance: Regularly analyze dealer performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Know Our Customer: Travel (~60%) to meet customers, gain firsthand insights into their challenges to help build solutions that truly address their needs.

Your Superpowers
- 2+ years experience in B2B customer success, professional services, or account management.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement.
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a track record of helping customers reach their goals.
- An innate understanding of how to balance advocacy for the company and the customer.
- Adaptability to embrace the fast paced dealership technology environment.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- 60% travel - regional and national.
Bonus Points for
- Experience in the automotive industry, especially inside dealership operations or as a related vendor.
- Strong understanding of dealership technology systems (Xtime, Tekion, DealerTrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc).
- Expertise on Zoom, Slack, Jira, Google-Suite but still happy to take a regular old phone call.
- Being based in the LA, SoCal Area, or willing to relocate.
